WHAT IS THE SSC AKRON "The Dirt"?
Formerly known as The Spano Dome, SSC Akron - The Dirt has now taken over this large indoor dirt sport complex and is revamping it into something better.
Featuring 2 Dirt Fields, 5 Batting Cages, a soon to be launched weight room for individual athlete and team strength training, The Dirt has a variety of uses to fit the needs of Northeast Ohio.

2 Large Dirt Fields
There are 2 full dirt fields available for rental.
They are full softball fields in size, measuring 250'x150' in total!
5 Batting Cage Tunnels
There are 5 batting cage hitting tunnels available that can be used for both baseball and softball practice.
A Weight Training Room (soon to be launched!)
We are in the process of adding a weight room to the complex.
This would allow both teams and individual athletes to work with a strength coach for strength and conditioning
A Variety of Camps/Rec Leagues/ & Tournaments
We are always adding and looking to bring in different camps, rec leagues ,and tournaments of multiple age levels.

The Sculpt Sport Complex was launched in 2021 as a sport complex to be used by local area schools, sports teams, youth and adult leagues, or anyone wanting a space to train out of.
With 2 locations in Akron and Copley Ohio, we have multiple options for those in northeast Ohio looking to rent field time, join or start a league or tournament, as well as sign up for sport performance training.
